ALLEN COUNTY, OH (WLIO) - An autopsy of a 26-year-old woman has officially ruled her death a homicide.
The Allen County Sheriff's Office says that her death was the result of strangulation and blunt-force trauma. On Sunday afternoon, deputies were called to a home on Makley Drive for an unresponsive woman. EMS pronounced her dead at the scene.
The woman is not a citizen of the United States, and the sheriff's office has not released her name as they are still working on trying to identify her and notify her next of kin.
