On this 23rd anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks, a local foundation announces a new location for a local memorial to remember that tragic day. The southeast corner of the Greater Lima Region Park and Amphitheater will be home to the memorial. The Allen County 9/11 Memorial Foundation has been raising money to build the memorial. It will have artifacts from each of the three sites where nearly 3,000 people were killed by the terrorists.
