Right on budget. Allen County commissioners say the county is operating efficiently as they head into the last quarter of 2019. The commissioners have been keeping a close eye on the budget with updates and meetings throughout the year. The 2019 general fund budget is just over 28 million dollars and departments are staying within their operating budget. All in all, everything is going as planned and commissioners are starting work on the 2020 budget process.
