A judge denied bond reduction for Xianchun Li, a New York man accused of defrauding an Allen County resident, citing him as a flight risk.

 Xianchun Li has been indicted in Allen County on felony theft charges after allegedly attempting to defraud a protected-class resident in a sting operation by local and federal authorities.
