The Allen County Veterans Services Commission held their first GIs and Joe event at the Twisted Whisk in Bluffton on Wednesday morning. The event was started so members of the Allen County Veterans Services Commission could meet face-to-face with veterans in their hometowns rather than coming into their office. The veterans could ask questions, learn about the benefits they are entitled to, and even start the paperwork for veterans' claims.
