After serving many organizations in Allen County, Council Administrator Carole Enneking with the Allen County Family and Children’s First Council is celebrating her upcoming retirement.
The Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce will host a ribbon cutting for Inside Innovations, Inc., a woman-owned, full-service interior design studio and shop, on Friday, August 22, 2025, at 12:00 PM at 125 N. Main Street, Bluffton, Ohio.
BLUFFTON, OH (WLIO) - A nearly 40-year-long tradition drew thousands of people to downtown Bluffton.
The Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce says the Blaze of Lights will go on because this year the theme is "You Can't Stop Christmas from Coming."
The chamber CEO says the annual month long light show will go on this year. For everyone's safety, some changes are being made. Of course you can go out to see the lights in Bluffton, beginning Saturday until the new year. In place of a parade there will be a Santa caravan. People will lineup behind the jolly man and can decorate their cars, and go on a tour of lights. There will also be a drive-in opportunity to watch How the Grinch Stole Christmas. “It’s wonderful to see Bluffton looking like Bluffton again. I am thrilled about all the hard work, I know our business community has done to make this possible,” says Paula Scott, CEO of the Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce.
Whether it be the stores, the coffee shop or even the Shannon Theater showing movies again there is a since of normal returning to the village of Bluffton, after the pandemic hit them and the rest of the United States hard.
