The Arlington man who attempted to kill his girlfriend and her teenage daughter with a hatchet has pleaded guilty to the crime. 38-year-old Brandon Pinks pleaded guilty to attempted murder, felonious assault, and tampering with evidence in the Hancock County Common Pleas Court. He was sentenced to 20 years in prison.

The Arlington man accused of assaulting a mother and a daughter with a hatchet is facing more charges. The Hancock County Grand Jury has indicted 37-year-old Brandon Pinks on single counts of attempted murder, possessing criminal tools, tampering with evidence, and motor vehicle theft. More charges could be added at a later date.

The man who has been charged with attacking a mother and a daughter with a hatchet in Arlington has been charged with two counts of felonious assault. 37-year-old Brandon Pinks was arraigned on the charges and is being held in the Hancock County Jail on a $250,000 bond. The case will be presented to a grand jury for possible additional charges.
