It was a big day in Cridersville as phase two of the legacy park project got its focal point. It was three-parts structure and two-parts measuring to make one new shelter house at Legacy Park in the village of Cridersville. The 720-square-foot building will now provide the park with restrooms and a multi-use space for community events. The prefab concrete structure from Norwalk Concrete Industries was lifted by a crane and placed into position. The shelter house was made possible by a $300,000 grant from the state of Ohio's biennial capital budget in 2022.
