ST. MARYS, OH (WLIO) - People in St. Marys came out to work on getting healthy, and maybe learn something along the way.

The Delphos Canal Commission held their annual canal cleanup on Saturday. The clean-up is part of an effort to maintain the canal, and its history to the City of Delphos. 

Volunteers arrived in downtown Delphos Saturday morning in order to help clean up the Delphos canal. The semi-annual event cleans out any waste and removes tree branches from the canal.

Delphos first responders were called out to Stadium Park just after noon on Tuesday for the reports of a pickup truck that drove into the canal.
