Lima will host several community events this weekend, including Downtown Lima's Third Thursday, a free outdoor movie night and a neighborhood fundraiser. The activities offer residents opportunities to enjoy live entertainment, local food, family fun and support community organizations.

It was a beautiful day on Friday for a car wash and a local summer program took advantage of the weather. It was all hands on deck at the Bradfield Community Center's fundraiser for their summer program. The suds were flying as kids were washing and drying car after car. It was only $5 to get your ride sparkling clean. The money raised will go to help with the center's summer program.
