It is the “County Risk Sharing Authority”, better known as CORSA, and Allen County Commissioner Cory Noonan is currently the president of the organization. On Wednesday, the Allen County Commissioners voted to move forward with a motion for a temporary restraining order on the County Commissioners Association of Ohio. The director of that organization has threatened to revoke the county's insurance coverage. Allen and Paulding counties, as well as six others, are members of CORSA, the organization within the CCAO that provides property and liability insurance. To be in CORSA you must be in good standing with the CCAO. The director has notified these nine counties they aren't in good standing and the Allen County prosecutor and commissioners aren't sure why.
