The incident happened just after 4 p.m. Tuesday. Police say a domestic dispute between a man and a woman led to the woman being stabbed in the neck. She was taken to Mercy Health-St. Rita's and is believed to be in serious condition. Police are looking for 59-year-old Juan Fuentes, originally from Cuba, and goes by the name "Cuba". He is considered to be armed and dangerous. He was last seen driving a silver Toyota Sienna with the license plate number JSM4071. 

For the first time in more than 40 years, the president of Cuba is not a member of the Castro family; but while it is a president with a new name it will not necessarily be a new agenda.

President Barack Obama has been under fire by politicians following his recent announcement that he will be traveling to Cuba in march - the first American president to do so in nearly 90 years.
