A former Spencerville City Schools superintendent is sentenced for sex-related charges. 66-year-old Dennis Fuge was sentenced to 45 days in jail, a $400 fine, and 2 years of probation with several conditions on one count of sexual imposition in Bellefontaine Municipal Court. Fuge is now considered a tier 1 sex offender and will have to register every year with the state for 15 years. He is not to have contact with the victim or have unsupervised contact with minors outside of his family.
