The City of Lima will hold its final public hearing on Community Development Block Grant and HUD HOME funding as officials determine how federal dollars will be allocated to local programs. Residents are encouraged to attend the June 25 meeting and submit written comments by July 13 to help shape funding decisions that support low- to moderate-income residents.

Lima officials will use feedback from nearly 500 residents who completed a community needs survey to guide federal funding decisions. Applications for HUD Community Development Block Grant and HOME funds are now open, with proposals due May 1.
