WESTMINSTER, OH (WLIO) - Worshippers from around the region and other states gathered in Westminster on Sunday for a free music festival.

People all across Allen County came out to Westminister Park Sunday for a free annual event full of entertainment and fellowship. Gospel singer Arnold Coy was one of the first artists to perform at the 17th annual Music in the Park. He performed a variety of different songs, many of which people sang along to.
