Lima was chosen as the first project site, to help with traffic flow and safety around the many railroad crossings throughout the city. DriveOhio and InnovateOhio are also part of this project. The city reached out to DriveOhio just over a year ago to see what could be done to help with traffic issues, and that eventually led lima to be chosen for this project.

On Monday night Lima City Council passed an ordinance that will ultimately bring change to how Ohio drivers navigate throughout the region.

The recently passed Ordinance 19-19, is a memorandum of understanding with DRIVEOHIO that will look at new technology addressing traffic concerns, automotives, drones, and more.
