A Mercer County man who pleaded guilty to child pornography charges will be sent to a community-based correctional facility that has a program for sex offenders. 38-year-old Dusty Krogman pleaded guilty to 20 counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor. As part of a plea deal, 40 other charges he was indicted on were dropped.
