MERCER COUNTY, OH (WLIO) - A Mercer County man who pleaded guilty to child pornography charges will be sent to a community-based correctional facility that has a program for sex offenders.
38-year-old Dusty Krogman pleaded guilty to 20 counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor. As part of a plea deal, 40 other charges he was indicted on were dropped.
Krogman was sentenced in Mercer County Common Pleas Court to five years of community control and will be sent to a Cincinnati community-based correctional facility for treatment. Krogman was also classified as a Tier 2 sex offender.
