“They are actually growing,” said Paul Downing, operations manager of the Lima Salvation Army. “So it's really great that people are coming online and doing that. If you need any help at all, please call the Salvation Army. We can help you and walk you through your application process, but it's pretty much just uploading all the information that is normally required during the season.”

“We just want to let people know that the facility is open and you can start coming in, and those programs all kick back in — mainly your food assistance, your rent, utilities, those things like that, which are greatly needed in the community — those are back out and open, and we’re ready to help out with that,” said Operations Manager Paul Downing.
