The Allen Water District says construction of a waterline that will connect the eastern part of the county will begin on September 22nd.

The Allen Water District is proceeding with the design of the East Regional Waterline Improvement Project starting with field survey work. In addition, soil boring work will be completed at selected locations along the waterline alignment which will primarily be located in the public right-of-way adjacent to bridges, culverts and railroads. Prime AE Group, Inc. and DLZ Corporation will begin the field survey work on or around August 12, 2019 with completion expected by October 2019.
