A Coldwater man has been arrested following a search warrant executed at his residence Monday afternoon. 55-year-old Jeffery Marbaugh was arrested and transported to the Mercer County Adult Detention Facility for felony possession of drugs. On Monday, the Mercer County Sheriff's Office suspected drug activity at Marbaugh's residence at 502 West Plum Street in Coldwater and obtained a search warrant from the Celina Municipal Court.

A Michigan woman is arrested after a trooper finds a variety of drugs during a traffic stop. 32-year-old Constance Harrison of Flint, Michigan, is in the Hancock County Jail on a charge of possession of ecstasy. If convicted, she could face up to eight years in prison and a $15,000 fine. On November 9, 2019, troopers stopped Harrison for a speed violation. A trooper noticed the smell of marijuana and conducted a search of the vehicle. During the search, they found marijuana, ecstasy pills and powder, as well as, liquid codeine, totaling $3,250.
