The Allen Oakwood Correctional Institution is recruiting new employees through a statewide grassroots campaign highlighting careers in corrections, healthcare, education and maintenance. Warden Ryan Walters said the institution plans to engage the community to attract qualified applicants committed to helping rehabilitate incarcerated individuals.
