According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol’s Wapakoneta Post, Eugene Will, 75, of Minster, was flying from New Knoxville to Lewis University Airport in Romeoville, Illinois, when the plane experienced engine failure and landed in a field near Southland Road, west of State Route 29.
