“We are the books, the nonfiction, the fiction, but we're music, we're DVDs, we're art, we're online access, we're meeting rooms, we're programming,” said Liz Smith, Head of Public Relations for the Lima Public Library. “We're a place to come and be safe or cool off. We're more than just the books these days.”
