Working to build future leaders in the goal of a new initiative of Big Brothers Big Sisters. The Future Leaders Initiative will consist of three programs to encourage littles to make positive choices while developing attainable goals for their future. The scholar program will address the importance of school. The volunteer program will work to get them involved in supporting local organizations and giving back. The transitional program is for youth 16 and older to prepare them for graduation and life after high school.
