Allen County Commissioners officially made a home for the money the state earmarked for possible development. They passed a resolution creating the Lima Veteran's Memorial Hall Improvement Fund as a line item in the county's capital budget. This is where the $10 million from the state's capital budget going toward Memorial Hall will be tracked. It's to be used for possible development of the historic building that has been shuttered for several years.
