26-year-old Ishmael Jose Moya and 30-year-old Rudy Rico Moya Sr., both of Toledo, appeared for their arraignment meeting on Wednesday. It was ruled that their bond previously set at $500,000 would not change. A continuation on the arraignment hearing has been scheduled in both cases, with Ishmael appearing on January 26th and Rudy Moya Sr. appearing on January 19th.

An Indictment has been filed in Hancock County courts in connection to a 2018 death in Findlay.  26-year-old Ishmael Jose Moya and 30-year-old Rudy Rico Moya Sr., both of Toledo, were indicted on charges of aggravated murder, aggravated burglary, and aggravated robbery.
