A former escaped Allen Correctional Institute inmate has pleaded guilty to charges he was facing in Kentucky when he was caught in May of 2023.  James Lee was sentenced to 8 years in prison for evading police, wanton endangerment, and receiving stolen property.  Those charges stem from his capture in Henderson, Kentucky after he and Bradley Gillespie escaped the prison by leaving through the trash.  Lee was captured after they crashed a stolen car during a chase in Henderson.
