The trial for John Robinson picked back up today with a few law enforcement officials taking the stand. Two men from the Ohio State Highway Patrol testified they were on scene of a crash on I-75 in Beaverdam involving Robinson and a Michigan family. Both say they spoke to Robinson who had slurred speech and smelled of alcohol. A sergeant says he acquired a blood warrant and was present to see Robinson's blood drawn to test for the alcohol in his blood. Through testimony jurors also heard the car Robinson was driving was a work car with GPS tracking that placed him at the scene of the crash.
