Crime Victim Services are ensuring area residents are aware of all available resources for National Crime Victims' Rights Week. The theme for this year is "How Would you Help," and Crime Victim Services are promoting this theme by hosting an agency wide open house Tuesday evening in Lima. From the court advocacy and relationship violence programs to the Court Appointed Special Advocate, Crime Victim Services' goal is to educate residents on these resources should they become a crime victim.
