A candidate pair from the Libertarian Party of Ohio running in this year’s state gubernatorial race spoke in Lima Friday about their decision to run and the key issues they want to address. The pair is Libertarian gubernatorial candidate and Ottawa resident Don Kissick and his running mate for lieutenant governor, James Mills.
