On Sunday community members got the chance to check out a new luxury apartment project in Downtown Lima. Dozens of people attended the open house at the new Metro Center Upscale Lofts and Business Mall on North Elizabeth Street. Throughout the afternoon people looked through floor plans and also explored some of the building.
