The position was created to continue the City of Lima’s progress in the “Smart City” program. Today(10/23/19), Nathan Bayliff was introduced as the city's Chief Technology Officer. Bayliff has worked for the City of Lima in several positions dealing with internet technology. He will now be leading the city's plans in bringing all technology together, running more efficient and safe.
