A Rockford man has withdrawn is no contest plea to a murder charge during his sentencing hearing today.
Ryan Houser, 39, was found guilty of the murder of Barbara Ganger after pleading no contest in Van Wert Common Pleas Court on Thursday As part of the no contest plea, the remaining charges against him were dropped.
