August 6th was a day that many people in Ohio have been waiting for as the sale of recreational marijuana is now legal. About a dozen people were in line as the doors opened at Backroad Wellness on Lima's east side. The dispensary received its dual license from the state and is set to meet the needs of those wanting the recreational use of marijuana. They can only sell to individuals 21 years and older with a valid driver's license. You must present an ID before you can enter the facility and you are then escorted to the sales floor where team members assist you in choosing products suited for you.
