Seth Rumer joined the Navy right after high school. 

“I love this country, to work with people who also love this country that was my biggest reason,” explains Rumer. 

After four years of service and learning the importance of teamwork and working with people all over the world. He came back to work at Spallinger Millwright, a place that he worked at before he joined up, while he was studying at Apollo.  But after his time with the Navy, his approach to work was different.
