Allen County Commissioners have filled a deputy director position that will help protect the county and its residents. Phillip Zimmerly has been hired as the county's new deputy director of homeland security and emergency management. The position became vacant when Jared Gesler was promoted to director. Zimmerly is looking forward to his new position.
