Lima City Schools parents looking behind the scenes of their children's education. New this year to the district is the Lunch and Learn program for parents to come to their child's school once a month and hear from staff about topics like the PBIS system, a tool used to correct negative behaviors, reward positive ones, and track trends among the student body.
