21-year-old Zachary Love had a pre-trial this afternoon in Hancock County Common Pleas Court. Lawyers are getting ready for love's trial scheduled for November 14th. There has been a final pretrial set for October to make sure everything is in place. Love was released from jail on bail last week.

He pleaded not guilty to a felonious assault charge. Miller was on an ankle monitor, but he let the charge run out on the monitor and traveled to the house that the court ordered him to stay away from. He was arrested later at his home.
