18-year-old Andrew Miller was indicted by the Allen County Grand Jury for allegedly assaulting a woman on or about December 23, 2021.
He pleaded not guilty to a felonious assault charge. Miller was on an ankle monitor, but he let the charge run out on the monitor and traveled to the house that the court ordered him to stay away from. He was arrested later at his home. Miller tried to get the judge to place him back on house arrest, but she ordered him to stay in jail and set bond at $50,000. Miller will have a pretrial hearing next month.
