The Northwest Ohio Literacy Council is charged with working with individuals who are behind on reading skills that can cause them to be left behind in the job market and life in general. With all the virtual learning that was taking place over the Covid-19 pandemic, they are concerned that students may be lagging behind when it comes to literacy.
