The update was provided at the Shawnee Optimist Club during their beginning of the year meeting. The project will bring a new neighborhood to Cridersville right next to I-75 and have restaurants and retail stores, living spaces, parks, and an entertainment district.

“Small businesses are the backbone of the local community,” said Eliot Walters, Amish Merchant owner.

Its Small Business Saturday and local residents are coming out to support their neighbors this holiday season. Local residents not only came out to not only get ready for the holiday, but to also support the backbone of the community, which is small business.
