Active and retired Lima firefighters are collecting donations at West Street and Robb Avenue as part of the annual Fill the Boot campaign benefiting the fight against muscular dystrophy. Firefighters hope to surpass last year's record of more than $18,000, with donations staying in northwest Ohio.
