A human services organization is expanding their reach to those with disabilities. RMS of Ohio is excited for the opening of a fourth location in Ottawa. For almost 30 years, RMS has been providing services to people around the state with physical and developmental disabilities. The new location had an open house for members of the community to check out what they have to offer.
