The Lima Community Aquatic Park is celebrating the end of summer with several family-friendly events, including Christmas in July, Veterans Appreciation Day and Glow Stick Night. The park is also continuing its Sensory Thursdays program in August to provide a quieter swimming experience for children with sensory sensitivities.

The Lima Community Aqua Park will open its outdoor season Memorial Day weekend with pools, slides and special events for families. New this year, the facility is introducing Sensory Thursdays to provide a quieter experience for guests with sensory sensitivities.
