October 15, 2024, Press Release from the Mercer County Sheriff's Office: Mercer County Sheriff Jeff Grey reports the arrest of an individual this weekend on multiple charges. On Saturday, October 12th, at 7:12 PM, a Mercer County deputy stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation in the area of Us Rte 127 and St Rte 274, in Marion Township. The vehicle was being driven by William D. McSwain (21) of Dayton, OH.

20-year-old Emin Johnson will have a preliminary hearing Friday in Findlay Municipal Court, he is facing the charges of involuntary manslaughter, failure to comply with a signal officer, and receiving stolen property. 21-year-old Zachary Love will also have a hearing in Findlay Municipal Court on Friday. He is charged with having weapons under disability and receiving stolen property.
