The three men charged after the death of Bluffton Police Officer Dominic Francis will be back in court over the next few days.
20-year-old Emin Johnson will have a preliminary hearing Friday in Findlay Municipal Court. He is facing the charges of involuntary manslaughter, failure to comply with a signal officer, and receiving stolen property.
21-year-old Zachary Love will also have a hearing in Findlay Municipal Court on Friday. He is charged with having weapons under disability and receiving stolen property.
19-year-old Dante Tate has a preliminary hearing scheduled in Medina Municipal Court on April 11th. He is facing charges of fleeing and eluding and receiving stolen property.
Additional charges could be added when the case is reviewed by the Hancock County Grand Jury.
