The Summer Safety City Academy wraps up another year of teaching kids’ various ways to stay safe. Friday afternoon was the final group of graduates to get their certificates from safety city. Around 250 kids graduated this summer from the four weeks they held the academy.   During the week, the students learn about how to deal with strangers, some self-defense moves, fire safety, and what to do if you come across a gun or an unfamiliar pet.
