This is the tenth year that state lawmakers have given Ohioans a tax break to help with back-to-school shopping. But school items are not the only things to go tax-free — any thing under 500 dollars will not have sales tax including soda and eating in person in restaurants.

It’s back-to-school time, and the state is giving residents a two-week financial break to help with the cost of supplies and other essentials.
