The City of Lima is continuing its efforts to improve traffic flow making it safer and more efficient. The intersection of Elm Street and Central Avenue is now equipped with a traffic signal. The need was seen after Elm Street traffic was converted from one-way to two-way several years ago. The increase in traffic was causing a back up in vehicles at the stop sign on Central. The project was paid for by Ohio Public Works funds and was done in time for another project in the works for 2020.
